Unprofessional
Called and inquired for any available storage unit. Guy answered was gruff and demanded my name. I told him my first name then he asked for my last name. I told him I prefer not giving my last name and that I was just calling for quote and availability. He responded, you don’t want to give me your name, then said we don’t have any and hung up. Asshat!
Great Place To Do Business
I have rented a storage building from R&R for years. The price is very reasonable and they are very professional and friendly when dealing with them. Always helpful in times of trouble and need. They have storage in Blounstown and Bristol, maybe more but I am not sure. I rent one in Bristol because it is closer to where I live. Never a problem as long as I have been renting from them. You will not regret doing business with this company.
